Cloud SON Lead
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Cloud SON features, ensuring seamless migration from Classic SON, performance optimization, and validation of upgrades, while managing cross-functional collaboration and technical excellence.

Migration feature from Classic SON to Cloud SON
Plan and oversee the migration process ensuring minimal disruption.
Align feature parity and improvements during migration.
Compact Variant Validations
Deploy SON in compact dimension.
Conduct functional and performance testing for compact deployments.
550K Performance Tests
Bring up the system load to 550K.
Execute and analyze performance tests to validate scalability and stability.
OCP Upgrades & Validation
Manage OCP version upgrades from NMCCP.
Validate new OCP versions, set up baselines, and bring up labs for validation needs.

Programming & Automation: Python, Shell scripting, Ansible
Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL
OS & Platform: Linux, RedHat
Cloud & Virtualization Awareness: OCP (OpenShift Container Platform) handling and upgrades
Testing & Validation: Performance, scalability, and functional testing methodologies
