Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to work closely with clients in understanding business requirements, mapping them to Dynamics 365 capabilities, and delivering tailored solutions. The role involves requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support for Dynamics 365 CRM and/or ERP modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze business processes and recommend Dynamics 365 solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Central).
- Prepare functional design documents, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
- Conduct functional testing, UAT support, and system validation.
- Provide end-user training and create user manuals/guides.
- Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to implement advanced features and integrations.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide resolution in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features, updates, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant (CRM and/or ERP).
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, or Business Central).
- Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, business process mapping, and solution design.
- Proficiency in creating functional documentation and conducting workshops.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Certification (preferred).
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Azure integrations and data migration.
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
- Experience in industry-specific Dynamics 365 solutions (e.g., Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare).
