Job Description
Description:We're excited if you have:
7+ years of relevant web development and production application support of highly trafficked consumer-facingweb applications.
3+ years of in-depth experience with React and relevant toolset/framework ecosystem
Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript - including prototypical inheritance, scope, and closures.
Experience with Node.js, React.js/Angular.js, Express, SASS/LESS, npm, and CI a necessity.
Well-versed with RESTful APIs and their best practices.
Experience with State Management Libraries is a plus - E.g. Redux, Zustand, MobX etc
Experience in JavaScript (React JS/Redux), HTML, CSS, and HTTP for the Web platform.
Strong proficiency in writing clean, robust JavaScript code is a must.
Comfortable working with version-controlled code environments (e.g., Git).
Understanding of XML, JSON, DOM, and W3C standards.
Knowledge of the latest open standards and web technologies and how they can be used effectively.
Being comfortable writing Unit Tests, Component Tests, End to End tests under the react umbrella. E.g. Experiencewith Jest, Cypress, Playwright or equivalent / related tools & frameworks is mandatory

What you'll be doing:
Develop the front-end for our products and collaborate with designers, other engineers, and product managers tobuild new features, iterate on current features, and build a world-class user experience.
Build responsive and reusable UI components using JavaScript frameworks like React adhering to specificationsand guidelines.
Integrate with backend RESTful APIs to consume and display data.
Improve web performance by optimizing page load, rendering, and caching.
Debug and identify page speed and performance bottlenecks using tools like Chrome Dev Tools, React Dev Tools,etc.
Be familiar with Responsive Web Design, common Web UX patterns, and anti-patterns.
Work comfortably with version-controlled code environments (e.g., Git).
Decompose complex problems into manageable units of work.
