Job Description

• Run customized demos, solutioning questionnaires, and document client constraints during the Solutioning stage.
• Drive kickoff calls, confirm objectives, and finalize rollout plans during Onboarding.
• Conduct daily/weekly client reviews, track SLAs, and identify performance gaps during Activation.
• Lead quarterly business reviews, create growth roadmaps, and spot upsell opportunities during Expansion.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data, ops, and client teams to ensure seamless execution.

• 4-6 years of SaaS/CPaaS project management experience in collections or financial services.
• Familiarity with collections tech stack, CRM systems, and campaign tools.
• Strong stakeholder management, escalation handling, and negotiation skills.
• PMP, Agile, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Solid understanding of FDCPA, CFPB, and US data privacy regulations.
• Comfortable working in US business hours.
