Job Title: Solution Architect
Experience: 7+ years
Job Summary: We're looking for a seasoned Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of comprehensive solutions that meet our organization's technical and business requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Design and architect comprehensive solutions that align with business requirements, leveraging industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to development teams, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to understand requirements, define solution scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and platforms that align with the organization's technical strategy and roadmap.
- Architecture Governance: Develop and maintain architecture standards, patterns, and guidelines to ensure consistency and reusability across solutions.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with solution design and implementation.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and design documents.
Requirements:
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, .NET, Python).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., relational, NoSQL).
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices (e.g., CI/CD, Jenkins).
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Certifications: TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or similar certifications.
- Experience: Experience with specific technologies or industries (e.g., finance, healthcare).
- Leadership: Experience leading technical teams or mentoring junior architects.
