Job:
We seek a highly motivated graphic designer with 4+ years of experience in SaaS to join our team based in India. We are looking for a Graphic Designer with a good B2B portfolio that demonstrates mastery in all aspects of visual communication, digital, and graphic design. You will collaborate with our marketing team on all of our internal and customer-facing marketing materials. As a critical part of our marketing team, you will help us establish the style and tone of all our communications. This position will focus on catering to US business, contributing to our brand presence, and creating visually appealing designs.
Experience:
- A brilliant creative thinker, conceptualization of ideas, visualization of outcomes and translating them into creative output.
- In developing creative elements for our regular marketing email campaigns, social media banners, event collaterals, blogs, case studies, eBooks, white papers, ad banners, GIFs, presentations and internal comms are required.
- Proficient in using various design software and tools to create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, icons, animations and layouts.
- Solve complex visual challenges, such as creating a cohesive brand identity or designing user-friendly interfaces.
- Define and maintain the visual and brand identity across various platforms and mediums.
- Stay on top of all trends, competitive work, and maintain best practices
- Demonstrate exceptional project management skills, especially when handling multiple jobs.
- Having a good knowledge of design principles such as typography, color theory, composition, and layout, which they apply to their work in adherence to brand guidelines.
- Frequently collaborate with team members to understand their needs, provide design solutions, and incorporate feedback into their work.
- Plan and manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are on-time.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining the quality of their work.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in SaaS/Startup sales or a similar role, preferably in marketing.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) (motion designing and video editing experience would be an added advantage) and other relevant tools is crucial. Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and composition principles is also important.
- Experience in graphic design, branding, illustrations etc. for IT, B2B SaaS or creative agencies etc.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, design, copywriting etc
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and demonstrating proficiency in design software and tools is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with prospects.
- Should possess a creative flair and the ability to generate innovative ideas while meeting requirements. Strong design skills, including the ability to create visually appealing graphics are essential.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a competitive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Solid organizational and time management skills are needed to prioritize tasks and manage multiple leads effectively.
- A bachelors degree in graphic design,visual communication/design/animation/ fine arts, or a related field is preferred.
