Job Title: Project Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing cross-functional teams, delivering complex projects on time and within scope, and fostering stakeholder relationships. You will play a critical role in planning, executing, and finalizing projects while aligning them with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on project status, challenges, and progress.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing project team environment.
- Ensure adherence to company standards, processes, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3 to 10 years of proven experience in project management.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
Preferred Attributes:
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in managing distributed or remote teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Tech-savvy with a passion for optimizing processes and systems.
