Senior UX/Product Designer Strategic Experience Lead
Were looking for a seasoned UX/Product Designer to co-own product vision with product and tech leadership, shaping unified, service-level experiences across our fintech ecosystem. Youll translate business goals into outcome-driven roadmaps, lead continuous discovery, and deliver scalable design systems that connect strategy, user needs, and technology.
Youll run research cycles, synthesize insights, and design adaptive, cross-platform workflowsvalidating with real-world data and ensuring high-quality delivery with engineering. This role demands expertise in enterprise-scale SaaS, fintech domains, and emerging AI-driven experiences, plus strong stakeholder engagement and storytelling skills.

UX / UI Designer
Position Summary
We are looking for talented UX/UI designers to create amazing user experiences with our team. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to discover efficient and effective workflows, generate clean and artful design elements, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.
Designers are customer focused and incorporate the users needs and preferences at the forefront of the design process, conducting user and market research to create engaging and intuitive experiences to enhance the overall user experience.
Key Areas of Responsibility Lead UX projects and drive UX strategy
Uphold XD process and collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
Execute all visual design stages from concept to engineering design reviews
Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
Participate in user research and evaluate user feedback
Contribute to and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
Product Strategy, Vision, and Planning
Works with the Senior Designer to develop engaging and strategic design-based ideas to present to share with the Product Manager and inform the overall product roadmap
Leverages design ideas at the product level to collaborate with the Product Owner to define product features and stories that align with the product vision
Customer Experience Research, Insights, and Execution
Performs competitive analysis of direct / indirect competitors and monitors the market for new trends to inform the research and design process
Conducts in depth customer / user research to capture, interpret, and use quantitative and qualitative insights to inform design decisions and check that end user needs are met
Collects, analyzes, monitors, and reports on user feedback to identify key trends and opportunities Partners with enabling functions (e.g., marketing, sales, operations, etc.) to communicate new experience features and identify opportunities for optimization or improvements
Product Design and Development
Creates user journey maps and personas to understand the end user and their needs to inform designs for the product experience
Designs how users interact with the part of the product the team owns, including the layout, placement of elements, and overall flow
Develops wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and test user interfaces and interaction designs
Conducts usability testing and gathers customer feedback to iterate and improve product feature level designs as part of releases
Conducts design within the agile environment and champions the integration of design across the entire product development lifecycle; maintains consistency and adherence to design standardsBasic Qualifications BS/MS in Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related
Proven UX/UI experience for multiple platforms including desktop, mobile, tablet
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
5+ years of proven UX/UI experience for multiple platforms including desktop, mobile, tablet
Demonstrable UX/UI design skills with a strong portfolio
Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows
Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, InVision, Axure, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
Understanding of motion design for informing interactive experiences
Demonstrate understanding of Design Thinking activities
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
General understanding of the front-end development process, including HTML and CSS.
