Job Title: AI/ML Engineer
Experience: 4+ years
Job Description: We're seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our team. As an AI/ML Engineer, you'll design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. You'll work closely with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of AI/ML solutions into our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms using Python, Java, and Scala
- Work with large datasets to train, test, and validate machine learning models
- Collaborate with data scientists to understand business requirements and develop AI/ML solutions
- Implement and optimize machine learning algorithms using popular libraries and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, and Deeplearning4j
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of AI/ML solutions
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in AI/ML and deep learning
Technical Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or a related field
- Strong experience with Python programming language and popular AI/ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn
- Experience with Java and Scala programming languages and their respective AI/ML ecosystems
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques like supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and natural language processing
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their respective AI/ML services
- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices
Nice to Have:
- Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of containerization using Docker and container orchestration using Kubernetes
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.
- Experience with explainable AI and model interpretability techniques
- Knowledge of computer vision and natural language processing applications
