Microsoft Dynamics Functional Consultant @ Virtual Tech Gurus

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  
• Map business processes to Dynamics 365 capabilities and recommend best-fit solutions.
  
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications (CRM/ERP modules).
  
• Create functional design documents, workflows, and test cases.
  
• Collaborate with technical teams for development and integration requirements.
  
• Provide training and user support during and after implementation.
  
• Participate in UAT, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
  
• Stay updated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates, features, and best practices.
  

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, Finance & Operations, or Business Central specify based on role).
  
• Expertise in requirement gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
  
• Experience in modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance, Supply Chain (as applicable).
  
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant certification (preferred).
  
• 4+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics implementation and consulting.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience in end-to-end implementation projects.
  
• Exposure to Azure ecosystem and integrations.
  
• Industry-specific domain knowledge (e.g., Manufacturing, Retail, Finance, Public Sector).
