Camunda BPM Developer @ Apptad

The Camunda Developer will design, develop, and implement business process solutions using BPMN 2.0, Java, and Spring Boot within microservices and event-driven architectures. This role requires expertise in REST API integration, DMN decision tables, and process engine configuration to optimize workflows. Proficiency with Camunda tools including Tasklist, Cockpit, Optimize, and Modeler is essential for effective process monitoring and customization. The developer will leverage SQL, RDBMS, and JavaScript for UI enhancements and ensure robust testing using JUnit for BPMN and CMMN processes. Strong process analysis and problem-solving skills are critical to identify improvement opportunities and resolve issues efficiently. Effective communication and collaboration within agile teams will drive successful project delivery. Responsibilities:
Demonstrate deep knowledge and application of BPMN 2.0, Java, Spring Boot, REST API integration, and Camunda Platform implementation to develop scalable process solutions.
Design and configure process engines, decision tables, and external tasks to automate and optimize complex business workflows.
Develop and maintain microservices and event-driven architectures integrating Camunda processes with backend systems and databases.
Utilize Camunda Tasklist, Cockpit, Optimize, and Modeler tools for process monitoring, performance analysis, and continuous improvement.
Implement UI customizations using JavaScript and ensure quality through JUnit testing of BPMN and CMMN workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and deliver solutions aligned with agile methodologies.
Manage SQL databases and RDBMS to support process data persistence and reporting needs while maintaining data integrity and performance.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have between 4 to 10 years of professional experience in Camunda development and related technologies.
Experience working in agile development environments and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams is preferred.
