Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Wireless Administrator with advanced skills in Meraki and/or Aruba Central to design, implement, and manage secure wireless access solutions. The role will focus on enforcing Zero Trust policies for BYOD and enterprise access using identity-based control mechanisms and dynamic segmentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and support cloud-managed wireless infrastructures (Meraki, Aruba Central).
Design and implement secure wireless access policies using 802.1X, WPA3, and NAC principles.
Integrate and manage Cisco ISE or Aruba ClearPass for identity-based access control.
Configure and maintain dynamic VLAN assignments based on user/device identity and posture.
Implement Zero Trust architecture for BYOD and enterprise devices.
Ensure compliance and performance across the wireless infrastructure.
Troubleshoot wireless connectivity and authentication issues across multi-site environments.
Document configurations, access policies, and changes.

Required Skills:

Advanced hands-on experience with Meraki and/or Aruba Central wireless solutions.
Strong knowledge of 802.1X, WPA3, and Zero Trust wireless architecture.
Experience with Cisco ISE or Aruba ClearPass for NAC and wireless policy enforcement.
Proficient in NAC, dynamic VLANs, and secure wireless onboarding (including BYOD).
Familiarity with security best practices in wireless networking.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience implementing Zero Trust frameworks.
Relevant certifications such as CWNA, Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist, or Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP).
Strong documentation and troubleshooting skills.
