Job Description

Build daily dashboards for voice, SMS, and email performance funnels.
Develop account-specific benchmarks for onboarding, activation, and expansion stages.
Identify gaps and trends using historical data analysis.
Run predictive models for rollbacks, cure rates, and recovery likelihood.
Prepare QA sampling and reporting for agent call reviews.
Partner with PMs and Portfolio Managers on A/B test results and campaign pivots.

What We re Looking For:

2-3 years of analytics experience in fintech, collections, or SaaS.
Strong technical skills: Advanced SQL, Excel (macros, pivot tables), BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Familiarity with AI/ML-based predictive analytics a plus.
Knowledge of data privacy and secure handling protocols.
Problem-solving mindset with strong communication and storytelling skills.
Ability to work in US business hours.
