Job Description

Designation: Manager / Senior Manager Finance & Accounts

Job Location: Navi Mumbai , Airoli

Time : 1pm -10 pm( Home Drop given)

Job Description:

Quarterly & Annual preparation of Financials as per IGAAP & USGAAP
Sound knowledge of India Accounting Standards & of US GAAP and India tax laws
Monthly review of MIS Financials along with the variance analysis to be release to the Management.
Review of India entity related tax compliance and release on Monthly compliance tracker to the
Management
Review of the commercial terms of purchase requisition raised by various departments for India Entity
Statutory Auditors - involvement & discussions with the Auditors on key accounting policies for their review and clearance.
Experience of Managing team is preferred

Education: Chartered Accountant
Experience: 7+ years' experience post CA

Industry : IT / ITES/ Consulting
