About the Role
We are looking for a Python Developer with 3 4 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying robust web applications and APIs. You will work on real-time projects, collaborate across functions, and contribute to designing scalable architectures leveraging cloud platforms. This role is ideal for engineers who have strong coding skills, practical cloud knowledge, and experience in full lifecycle software delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python frameworks (Django, Fast API, Flask) .
- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications with cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Implement RESTful and Graph QL APIs for real-time data processing and integration with front-end applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, DevOps, QA, Product) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Optimize database queries and schemas (SQL/NoSQL) for performance and scalability.
- Work on containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes) and automate CI/CD pipelines.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in development, staging, and production environments.
- Stay current with emerging technologies in cloud, microservices, and backend development and apply them to projects.
- Contribute to code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentoring junior developers.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3 4 years of hands-on Python development with strong proficiency in frameworks (Django, Fast API, Flask).
- Strong experience in RESTful API and Graph QL design and implementation.
- Proficiency in databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB .
- Cloud experience with at least one provider ( AWS S3/ECS/EKS, GCP Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Storage, or Azure equivalents ).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git/GitHub, Docker, and Kubernetes .
- Strong understanding of system design, microservices architecture, and security best practices.
- Familiarity with frontend integration (React, Angular, or Vue.js) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real-time data systems (IoT, analytics, or streaming).
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or equivalent.
- Exposure to serverless computing (AWS Lambda, GCP Cloud Functions).
- Contributions to open-source projects or personal coding projects.
