What We Are Looking For
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our team. This person will work closely with the technical team and other stakeholders to translate product requirements into actionable user stories, manage the product backlog, and ensure smooth delivery of features. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance business needs with technical feasibility.
A Day in the Life
Break down high-level requirements into appropriately sized user stories and Jira tickets.
Collaborate with the technical team to understand core functionalities and ensure accurate requirements.
Structure work into reasonable chunks for development, testing, and deployment.
Manage all necessary product documentation in Jira and Confluence.
Document technical and business rules clearly within user stories.
Partner with other teams in the organization to understand functionality and dependencies.
Work with other Product Owners to prioritize the backlog and align delivery with overall business goals.
Ensure user stories meet the definition of ready and definition of done.
What You Will Need
Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Agile environments.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
Excellent skills in breaking down complex requirements into actionable items.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Mandatory.
Work Schedule:
Time Zone: EST (Eastern Standard Time)
Typical Working Hours: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST (corresponding to 4:30 AM to 1:30 PM EST)
