Pega CPDC Certified Mandatory
Pega CSSA Certified advantage.

Experience :
3 to 6 years of total experience with 3 plus years on Pega PRPC design and implementation the technical solution, and lead the technical team in development activities
code reviews to ensure application quality
Ensure compliance with Guardrails, coding standards, UI standards and Corporate standards
Framework exposure on Customer Service, Marketing
in performing impact analysis, application development, performance management
Professional Attributes : a: Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organizationb: Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision
