Logistic Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations within the fast-paced FMCG sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the movement, distribution, and storage of goods to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and timely delivery to customers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement logistics strategies that support the companys supply chain objectives.
• Manage end-to-end logistics including inbound and outbound transportation, warehousing, distribution, and inventory management.
• Monitor logistics KPIs such as delivery performance, transportation costs, warehouse efficiency, and order accuracy.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, production, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations regarding shipping and logistics.
• Select and manage relationships with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and transport partners.
• Optimize transport routes and reduce overall logistics costs without compromising service quality.
• Implement and improve systems for real-time tracking of shipments and inventory.
• Lead logistics team, including supervisors and warehouse staff; ensure training and development.
• Prepare and manage logistics budgets, reports, and forecasts.
