Job Description

Guidewire is expanding its Professional Services team in India with a variety of roles open in our Professional Services center. In professional services, we provide implementation and production services to our customers around the world. We are constantly innovating to accelerate the pace, predictability, and affordability of solutions to help customers adopt the Guidewire platform and applications. We are looking for smart, proactive, and results-oriented Consultants to join our team in Bangalore

• Define technical architecture, roadmap, and design for Guidewire PolicyCenter (on-premise, cloud, hybrid) aligned with enterprise standards.
• Develop blueprints and strategies leveraging new Guidewire features, cloud-native patterns, AI/ML, and microservices.
• Provide expert technical leadership, mentor teams, conduct code reviews, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions.
• Customize and extend PolicyCenter using Gosu, PCF, Data Model, Rules, Plugins, and Workflows.
• Architect complex integrations with internal/external systems using APIs, web services, and messaging frameworks.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical designs and present architectural solutions.
• Lead infrastructure sizing, capacity planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive knowledge sharing and create technical assets to enhance Guidewire expertise.
  

• 10 15 years of experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, including at least two greenfield implementations.
• Guidewire Certified Ace in PolicyCenter Configuration.
• Expertise in personal and commercial lines, Guidewire platform components, Gosu, PCF, Typelists, Apache Camel, REST APIs.
• Strong OOP, analytical, and problem-solving skills; Agile/Scrum familiarity.
• Flexibility for US-aligned shifts.
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Guidewire Cloud experience preferred.
