Job Description

  • Work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business problems, gather requirements, and distill them into clear technical solutions.
  • Design and develop custom applications within Salesforce Service Cloud to optimize service processes and agent productivity.
  • Integrate Salesforce Messaging APIs using Converse, including setup for AI/chatbot integration and conversational flows.
  • Embed external or custom-built apps into Salesforce where needed to streamline workflows.
  • Support product teams in shaping feature requirements, prioritizing use cases, and contributing to the product roadmap.
  • Build and maintain scalable and maintainable code using Apex, LWC, and standard Salesforce tools.
  • Handle data integration tasks, including pulling/pushing data via APIs and standard connectors.
  • Conduct demos, provide solution documentation, and support deployment and testing activities.
What you bring to the role
  • 3+ years of Salesforce development experience with hands-on Service Cloud implementation.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interface directly with customers, ask the right questions, and extract real needs.
  • Proven ability to translate business problems into technical solutions and communicate trade-offs and benefits.
  • Experience with Salesforce Messaging APIs and Converse setup for bot integration or conversational use cases.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce platform tools.
  • Familiarity with API-based integrations, web services (REST/SOAP), and handling data exchange.
  • Experience working in an agile or product-driven environment with a focus on iterative delivery.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Service Cloud Consultant or Platform Developer I/II are a plus.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce Canvas Apps - Connected Apps to embed external applications via iframes.
  • Enable Auto-login and SSO-like experience using Salesforce SDK or Connected App OAuth flow.
  • Hands-on experience with creating and maintaining managed packages, AppExchange security review process, and deployment strategies for external-facing Salesforce apps.
  • Familiarity with API-based integrations, web services (REST/SOAP), WebSocket-based communication, and handling real-time or event-driven data exchange.
