Job Description

Lead data governance initiatives for SAP master data domains including Supplier, Customer, Finance, and Bank data.
Identify and manage Critical Data Elements (CDEs) to ensure data quality, compliance, and end-to-end data lifecycle management.
Develop and maintain a business-facing data glossary and data catalog to enhance transparency and understanding across teams.
Manage data lineage and facilitate data governance forums to promote ongoing process improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and SAP process owners, to embed governance standards into business processes.
Implement best-in-class data governance tools and industry standards within the SAP ecosystem.
Conduct data quality assessments, define and implement Data Quality (DQ) rules, and perform root cause analysis (RCA) on data issues.
