Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of projects within agreed timelines, budget, and scope.
- Engage and manage senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate and chair key governance meetings, steering committees, and working groups.
- Prepare and present succinct project updates, executive summaries, and dashboards for senior leadership.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with governance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, data, and technology teams to drive outcomes.
- Support innovation projects involving data and AI by bridging communication between business and technical stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in Project Management within banking, financial services, or technology domains.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage C-level and senior executives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and impact.
- Experience leading governance meetings and preparing high-quality project documentation.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Preferably, a foundational understanding of data, analytics, and AI technologies.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent) is an advantage.
