Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities specifically in the UAE and Middle East markets. A strong network or rolodex of potential clients in these regions is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with potential clients in the international markets, with a focus on the UAE.
  • Pitch tailored BPO solutions including voice support (inbound/outbound), backend processing, chat/email support, lead generation, and digital marketing.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle - from lead generation and proposal development to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service transition for new clients.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in the BPO or ITES sector.
  • Prior experience working with clients in the UAE or GCC region is a strong advantage.
  • An existing network or rolodex of decision-makers in the outsourcing space is preferred.
  • Ability to generate and nurture leads.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
