Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the airlines industry to lead and manage strategic and operational projects. The ideal candidate will have deep domain knowledge in airline operations, passenger services, or airline IT systems, along with proven expertise in project planning, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experienced IT Program Manager with 10+ years leading enterprise-scale custom business-to-employee (B2E) application development and implementation.
• Proven track record managing cross-functional teams through the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and vendor selection to deployment and user adoption.
• Expertise in stakeholder management, budget oversight, and risk mitigation for complex internal applications, including HR systems, employee portals, etc.
• Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies, change management, and ensuring seamless integration with existing enterprise architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards and user satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills with experience translating business requirements into technical specifications and managing executive-level reporting.
• Ability to work under tight timelines and plan proactively.
