upGrad Enterprise is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth in the US market. If you have a strong track record in bringing in new logos, building enterprise client relationships, and are comfortable working US hours wed love to connect!


What Youll Do:

  • Drive new business development focused on acquiring US-based clients.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding.
  • Strategically hunt and engage potential enterprise clients through cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Understand client needs and propose custom learning solutions aligned with their goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure exceptional delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and insights to identify growth opportunities.

What Were Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or enterprise solutions.
  • Proven experience working with US clients and understanding of the US business landscape.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Comfortable working US/EST shift timings.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly accountable.
  • Must be based in Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Mumbai, or Bangalore; role is mostly remote, occasional office meetings required
