Drive and Program Manage Global Engineering initiatives to meet business needs, Collaborate with the Global Engineering leaders to establish consistency, consensus, priority, and delivery on global engineering initiatives
Ensure alignment of engineering strategic projects with division and corporate goals
Works collaboratively with other functions and stakeholders (e-g
PMO, HR, Finance, regional leaders) to facilitate project execution, identify and resolve resource needs, develop and present business cases
Drives critical decisions within strategic projects through stakeholder analysis, milestone management, escalations if/when needed
Holds leaders of engineering (sub)functions accountable for allocation of necessary resources and delivery of results within their (sub)functions, Drive organizational changes needed to achieve strategic objectives
Working with appropriate members of the leadership team, identify changes and take accountability for driving implementation
Create plan for others to take action to improve process, culture or products/services, Establish and maintain strategic relationships with senior/executive engineering leaders, stakeholders and partners inside and outside the global engineering organization, Drive high standards while working to meet goals; define success by goal achievement and continuous improvement, Drive metric-based approach to consistently improve execution
Develop and maintain program timelines for strategic programs in collaboration with project team member and engineering leaders, Develop and maintain program management systems, procedures, and processes for strategic projects, Coach, mentor and develop team leaders in primary program management functions, Support adherence to Tenneco policies and procedures (NTI, TenPlus, HR, EH&S and others), Manager GETC Operations
Coordinate with global peer centers on work order delivery schedules, quality and business
Coordinate with GETC Leadership for day to day operations, planning and execution
Project management activities for GETC, Monitoring progress, deliveries and KPIs
Intra customer relationship management and making sure the deliverables meet the standards
Enabling teams and service providers to follow Tenneco standards and guidelines
Managing facility expenses tracking , AOP and budget management
Day-to-day operation and functioning of GETC facility
Work hours, and division by functions and regions report by Finance
Growth of existing functions and setup of new functions at GETC supporting multiple Tenneco BUs,
