Job Description
- As a Senior Software Tester & QA Lead at AllesHealth, a Swiss HealthTech startup dedicated to developing NextGen AI-powered EHR and Patient Management Solutions, you will play a crucial role in owning the quality assurance lifecycle for our EHR platform. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the delivery of reliable and high-performing healthcare solutions by developing and executing detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for our web-based EHR and patient management solutions. You will lead various testing cycles including functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing while also designing, implementing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks using tools such as Selenium and Cypress. Your role will involve conducting thorough API testing, collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate end-to-end workflows, managing bug tracking and reporting, defining and monitoring QA metrics, and facilitating User Acceptance Testing with internal clinical stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 5 years of experience in Software Testing & QA for complex web applications, with proven expertise in both manual and automated testing practices. Proficiency in API testing tools like Postman and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and software release cycles are essential. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and documentation abilities are also key requirements for this position. Preferred qualifications include previous experience with EHR/EMR systems or HealthTech platforms, knowledge of healthcare data standards such as FHIR and HL7, familiarity with data privacy and compliance frameworks like GDPR and HIPAA, as well as exposure to performance/load testing tools like JMeter and AI/ML-driven platforms.
