Job Description
- As the Deputy Manager - Landscape at Godrej Properties Limited (GPL), your main responsibility will be to oversee the design and product aspects related to landscape architecture. You will be involved in design review, coordination, presentations, and finalizing unique selling points (USPs) for marketing collaterals. Additionally, you will create detailed landscape architecture plans and curate the implementation of initiatives through creative methods such as GIFs and animations. It will be your duty to ensure that landscape designs meet GPL standards and project requirements by implementing quality assurance measures. Moreover, you will be required to support the adoption of new technologies within the system, monitor local and international markets by conducting market and competition mapping, customer profiling, and making projections and predictions based on external and internal influential factors. You will also be responsible for coordinating and managing the design process for outdoor spaces within residential developments, ensuring they align with the developer's vision and objectives. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, with a Master's degree being preferred. You should have at least 5 years of experience in landscape design, project coordination, or related fields.
