Job Description
- You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure as code. Your role will involve deploying and managing multi-cloud infrastructure, including private hosting and cloud-native implementations. In addition, you will be expected to implement and maintain auto-scaling and load balancing for optimal system performance. Ensuring compliance and security of all cloud-based systems will be a key part of your responsibilities. Monitoring and troubleshooting infrastructure and application performance will also be a crucial aspect of your day-to-day tasks. Collaboration with development teams to design and implement CI/CD pipelines is essential. You will work towards continuously improving and optimizing the platform for scalability, security, and reliability. Staying updated with new technologies and trends in cloud computing and applying them to enhance our platform will be an important part of your role. Your qualifications should include a strong understanding of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Puppet will be required. Proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is essential. Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus and ELK is preferred. You should have a solid understanding of security best practices for cloud-based systems and experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Gitlab. Strong scripting skills in at least one language like Python or Bash will be beneficial. A good grasp of networking concepts is necessary for this role. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment is a must. While a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
