Job Description
- You will be providing accounting advisory support, which includes assisting in the implementation of Ind AS and IFRS as well as implementing new accounting standards. Your key responsibilities will involve supporting a portfolio of engagements, leading a team of Assistant Managers, Consultants, and Associates, conducting timely performance reviews, monitoring assignment deadlines, researching technical topics efficiently, providing technical trainings to team members, acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for client-related issues, maintaining client relationships, and managing projects independently and with the team according to strict deadlines. To excel in this role, you should have 6-8 years of experience in Financial Reporting and Advisory, Accounting Advisory, be a qualified CA/ACCA, possess good communication skills (both verbal and written), have client-facing experience, and be willing to travel. A preferred qualification would be to be a qualified CA with experience in IndAS. Your skills and competencies should include expert technical knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP, strong report writing and review skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, proficiency in MS Excel and other computer programs, as well as extensive knowledge of presenting facts, findings, and observations to interested parties, including auditors. This position requires someone with a strong analytical mindset, structured problem-solving approach, ability to work effectively in a client-facing environment, and the capacity to build and enhance client relationships. You will also be responsible for managing time efficiently and meeting deadlines while working both independently and as part of a team.,
