Role & responsibilities:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Software Developer (Fresher) to join our dynamic engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with up to 6 months of experience to kickstart their career in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will work alongside experienced developers, contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of efficient, reliable, and reusable C++ code. As part of our team, you will help build cutting-edge retail intelligence solutions while gaining hands-on experience with performance optimization, debugging, and scalable system development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and assist in designing, developing, and maintaining efficient C++ code.
• Support the implementation of performance improvements under guidance.
• Collaborate with senior developers to identify and debug issues in existing code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining code quality and documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, libraries, and best practices in C++ development.

Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field from a top-tier institution.

Core Skills:

Strong understanding of fundamental computer science concepts such as algorithms, data structures, and operating systems. Basic proficiency in C++ and object-oriented programming.

Familiarity with web technologies such as web scraping and HTTP protocols(preferred).

Eagerness to learn unit testing, debugging, and development workflows.

Ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly.

• Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with standard C++ libraries and STL containers.
• Exposure to NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, HBase) is a plus.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Interest in agile methodologies and teamwork-oriented development.
