Medical Coding Trainer @ Credence Resource

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth training sessions and workshops
Develop and update training curriculum and modules
Provide assessments, mentoring, and feedback
Ensure alignment with regulatory compliance (HIPAA, PHI, CIRCC)
Train on software tools, EHR systems & documentation standards
Collaborate with providers to support accurate documentation and revenue integrity
What Were Looking For: 4+ years in medical coding
1.6+ years in a training/teaching role with documented trainer experience
Strong grasp of multiple specialties, coding guidelines, and compliance protocols
Certified coder (AAPC or AHIMA)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Life sciences background (Pharmacy, Biotech, Microbiology, BHMS, BAMS, BDS, etc.) a strong plus!
