We are hiring for one of our leading clients in the online gaming industry.
Position 1
Team Leader -Customer Service Telugu and Tamil must
CTC: 6 to 7 lacs
Shift Timings: 8 am to 5 pm/ 5 pm to 2am
Transport: No
Allowance: upto 7 K (Shift, Transport and food- all put together)
Shift Rotation: Every 30 days once
Work location: HSR layout
Should be able to managing a team of CSR's( Voice, Email and chat- Tamil and Telugu)

Position 2
Quality Analyst- Telugu ( Voice, Email and Chat)
CTC : 6 to 7 lacs
Shift Timings: 8 am to 5 pm/ 5 pm to 2am

Quality Audits for a team of CSR's( Voice, Email and chat- Telugu)
