Job Profile Summary - To provide support to the claims staff and to perform other office tasks depending on the client program.
PRIMARY PURPOSE: To provide support to the claims staff and to perform other office tasks depending on the client program.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
Sets up and enters new claims into claims management system.
Process WC/GL claims and other allied support for Leading Insurance TPA
Inputs and reviews notes/diaries in claims management system as instructed.
Processes payments.
Processes mail; handles filing, faxing, and photocopying.
Reviews, prepares, creates, and/or sends letters, reports, and forms.
Other activities/projects as assigned including the preparation and distribution of computer reports.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
Knowledge of BPO/KPO Industry and General Insurance/Workers Compensation Domain.
Must be capable of responding to client correspondence/queries
Go getter and ability to learn faster.
Should have eye for detail with a good analytical skill.
Flexible, highly motivated & Team player.
Ability to work under pressure while delivering desired results.
Must be willing to work in US time zone (evening Shift).
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Graduate Preferred Graduation (B. Com / BBM / BBA/ B. Sc)
