Job Description
This role requires the flexibility to work 5 days a week (occasionally on weekends) on a rotational basis. AWS Support is 24x7x365 operations and work timings for this role is in India night time i.e. 10 PM to 6 AM IST or 1 PM to 10 PM IST. 3+ years of software development, or 3+ years of technical support experience
Experience scripting in modern program languages
Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems Knowledge of web services, distributed systems, and web application development
Experience troubleshooting & maintaining hardware & software RAID
Experience with REST web services, XML, JSON
