Job Description

Greetings from Sutherland Global Service.! We are hiring for International Non-Voice Process. We are looking for Fresher and experienced (Minimum 2 Years) candidates who want to build their career in the international domain by having decent verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer interactions with professionalism and composure, even in high-pressure situations
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while identifying and anticipating future needs
  • Apply insights from customer feedback to improve service quality and personal performance
  • Adapt to evolving processes and confidently handle situations with limited information or changing priorities
  • Use internal systems and technology tools effectively to assist customers and troubleshoot issues
  • Handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Build rapport and trust through consistent, empathetic, and solution-oriented communication
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of banking products and services to provide accurate and helpful support

Required Candidate profile:

  • Hiring for Currently Pursuing with distance education (Correspondence).
  • Highest Qualification + 2/ Graduation not mandatory
  • Work from Office

Shift timing: - Rotational Night shift with rotational off.
