Job Description
1. Study the requirement from specification, drawings standard
2. Study all technical requirement
3. Coordination with internal stakeholders e.g. Marketing, Design, Quality, Supply chain , Production
4.Organise kick of meeting, Planning Scheduling (prepare plans in MS project and upload plans in concerto), Budgeting Project monitoring reviews
5.Prepare communicate status report
6.Customer interaction
7. Time Management. Scope Management
8. Risk Management (Identify Potential Risks, MitigationContingency plans)
9. Negotiation (handling conflicts / priorities)
10.Adaptability (adjusting to the changes)
11. Procurement (BOM details consolidation, submit PPO to Supply chain , co-ordinate with supply chain for placement of POs, ensure time receipt of full kits )
12. Production reviews(submit the full kit details to production team, monitor the production progress and ensure timely completion)
13. Handling the complete execution cycle (form project initiation to 100% completion of contract)
