Business Analyst @ Aquity Solutions

• Highly visible and hands-on role as a Product Owner


• Acts as the primary Product Owner for IKS technology products


• Serves as the intersection between operations, solutions, technology development, and user experience


• Guides the design, development, and implementation of innovative technology solutions


• Drives IKS Healths digital transformation agenda from ideation to ongoing development


• Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, and requirements documentation


• Collaborates with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements


• Identifies areas for improvement and maintains detailed documentation of processes, requirements, and workflows


• Partners with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance operational efficiency


• Acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams


• Conducts user training sessions and supports client teams during acceptance testing

Qualifications:

• 2+ yrs experience working as a Business Analyst/Product Owner


• Bachelor s degree in business administration, computer science, or related field


• Proven experience as a business analyst, product owner or similar role is desirable


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner


• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively


• Experience in the US healthcare industry or with healthcare data is a plus


• Agile experience or certification is a plus
