Walk-In Drive at IGT Solutions Hiring for International Customer Support | Gurugram Location

Location: IGT Solutions, Gurugram
Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts (Both Side Cabs Provided)
Salary: Up to 4.32 LPA.
Walk-In Interview: Ongoing | Immediate Joining

IGT Solutions is hiring for International Voice & Non-Voice Customer Support roles!

We are looking for both freshers and experienced candidates who are passionate about customer service and have excellent communication skills.

Job Role:

Handle international customer queries via voice or non-voice process
Deliver excellent service with empathy and professionalism
Communicate clearly and effectively with customers
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Willing to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
Graduates and undergraduates can apply
Fresher or BPO experience welcome
