Job Description

Candidate will be joining the Core team in Windows Platform, who will be responsible for delivering OS support for MS Enterprise (Premier) customers, based in North America, EMEA or APAC. This profile includes phone and remote support. Candidate would be required to deliver timely and high quality incident resolution focusing on RCA, prevention and knowledge transfer.

Mandatory skills:

Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English

Mandatory to have Build & Release experience in Azure DevOps or TFS. Advanced level and not basic.

Minimum of 3 years of experience.

Good to have: (is in addition to the mandatory skills and not either)

Experience in Test, Git, Version Control, Admin and Ops.

SQL Server Performance and Data collection.
