Your Role
We at Innovaccer are looking for a Software Development Engineer-I (Full Stack) to build the most amazing product experience. You ll get to work with other engineers to build delightful feature experiences to understand and solve our customer s pain points.
A Day in the Life
- Design, develop, and enhance features using modern programming languages like Python, Java, JavaScript, React.js, Angular.js or C# to deliver reliable and scalable software.
- Build and maintain robust backend systems using web development frameworks such as Spring boot, Django, Flask, or similar technologies.
- Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices to support seamless frontend integration and external system communication.
- Work with both relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MsSql, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) to implement data models, schemas, and query optimizations.
- Ensure code quality and maintainability by writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code aligned
What You Need
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1 3 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong emphasis on backend technologies (Python, Java, or C#) and frontend frameworks such as React.js or Angular.js.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and experience in building and integrating APIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and resolve complex issues.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and frameworks in Full Stack development and contribute to technical discussions and decision-making processes.
