Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via chat process, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to queries and concerns in a professional manner.
Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.
Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues efficiently.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-3 years of experience in an international chat process or non-voice BPO environment.
Excellent communication skills in English (written) for effective interaction with customers.
Ability to work on rotational shifts.
Graduate freshers are welcome.

Shift timings : 5:30pm - 10:30am (Any 9.5 hrs)
Week Off : 2 Rotational week offs.
Salary : Freshers - 17k & experience upto 25k.
