Managing and developing key account relationships for this business line
B2B Sales experience mandatory. Preferably from Real Estate / Consulting background
Research and update / develop client databases and drive reach out strategy for new clients in the local market
Good Proficiency in MS Tools. Degree in Management must
Good Communication Skills
Lead all management and writing of content and strategy for proposals and presentations for the Consulting services.
Responsible for proposal development - ensuring security and integrity of all documentation, coordinating internal flow and review of all proposal inputs, schedules, activities with cross functional business areas, and directing submission of the final proposal.
Devise win strategies for new business pursuits with client solutions partners.
Research and resolve complex issues pertaining to RFP responses + Edit and develop proposal content, presentation content, RFP responses, and other interactive marketing and pitch materials for new business development and client-specific pursuits
Desired Candidate Profile
3-5+ years of experience in business development specifically in B2B.
Experience of real estate industry is a plus

Requires above-average knowledge of financial real estate terms and principles.
Complete understanding of approaches to value of real estate assets.
Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations.
Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment. Draws upon the analysis of others and makes recommendations of significance to the operation.
Must be proficient in Argus, MS Word and MS Excel. Good writing skills.
Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines.
Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to department.
