To manage our multi cities facility operations across NCR, Bangalore, and Chennai, we are looking for a highly skilled Senior Manager Facility Management to lead and manage our facilities across multiple locations. This role is crucial to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient facility operations that support both our employees and residents.
Position Overview:
The Senior Manager Facility Management will oversee end-to-end facility operations for Corporate Office, Branch Offices, Care Homes, Warehouses, and Health Stores. The role involves managing a diverse team across Admin, Facility, Fire & Safety, and ensuring seamless operations across multiple cities.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
Facility & Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations of all facilities (Corporate Office, Branches, Care Homes, Warehouses, Health Stores).
- Ensure uninterrupted availability of utilities (power, HVAC, water, elevators, DG sets, fire systems, STP/WTP).
- Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (Fire Safety, Pollution Control, Electrical Safety, etc.).
- Implement SOPs, safety standards, and best practices across locations.
- Vendor management: Evaluate, negotiate, and monitor AMCs, service providers, and contractors.
Multi-location & Team Leadership
- Lead a geographically distributed team across NCR, Bangalore & Chennai.
- Mentor and guide facility, admin, and safety teams to deliver consistent service quality.
- Coordinate facility planning, budgeting, and execution across multiple sites.
- Drive uniformity in processes and SLAs across all Antara facilities.
Fire & Safety Management
- Ensure regular fire audits, safety drills, and risk assessments.
- Oversee fire detection, firefighting, and emergency preparedness systems.
- Promote a culture of safety and compliance across all units.
Administration & Cost Management
- Manage housekeeping, security, transport, cafeteria, and other support functions.
- Monitor and optimize facility budgets to ensure cost efficiency.
- Drive sustainability initiatives energy efficiency, waste management, green practices.
Stakeholder & Resident Experience
- Partner with business heads, care home managers, and senior leadership to align facility services with organizational goals.
- Ensure residents, employees, and customers experience a safe, secure, and comfortable environment.
- Manage escalations promptly and ensure customer/resident satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Preferred: Healthcare/Hospital/Residential/Corporate Facility background).
- Experience: 1015 years in facility management across multi-locations/multi-cities.
- Strong exposure to facility operations, safety compliance, vendor management, and team handling.
- Proven leadership in managing large teams and diverse facilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to multiple Antara facilities across NCR, Bangalore & Chennai.
