Role Overview
Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager with 23 years of relevant experience to take ownership of managing timelines for core product features and third-party integrations. This role requires hands-on collaboration with engineering teams, PSPs (Payment Service Providers) across multiple geographic locations, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end project timelines for core features and critical PSP integrations
- Work closely with developers to remove blockers, clarify requirements, and ensure smooth technical implementation.
- Run and test APIs using Postman to support basic debugging, validation, and handover tasks
- Communicate regularly with Payment Service Providers across different geographies to align on deliverables, timelines, and SLAs
- Track progress using agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and share regular status updates with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate across product, engineering, QA, and external partners to ensure on-time delivery
- Document integration flows, edge cases, and dependencies
- Proactively highlight risks, dependencies, and delays to relevant stakeholders
Requirements
- 23 years of project or program management experience in a tech-driven environment (preferably fintech or SaaS)
- Experience working on integration-heavy projects (e.g., payment gateways, APIs, third-party services)
- Strong understanding of API workflows; ability to run and validate API calls using Postman
- Excellent communication skills and experience dealing with international clients or partners
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and tools like JIRA or Asana
- Technical mindset: ability to understand developer conversations and follow through on technical tasks
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Good to Have
- Previous experience in a fintech or payment orchestration company
- Understanding of payment workflows, gateways, or PSPs
