Position : Management Trainee

Job Description:

• Promising career in the field of financing- SME, Two-wheeler & Personal Loan, Deposits.
• Identification of right Customers, Customers interaction & relationship building.
• Establishing New Business Networks & achieving desired goals.
• Learn entire Gamut of Business activities.

Job Location : Across Maharastra

Eligibility Criteria :

For Engineering :

• First Class BE/B.Tech with Minimum aggregate of 60% marks.
• Age Up to 25 years (i.e. born on or after 01.01.2000)
• Only Male Candidates

For MBA/PGDM :

• First Class MBA/PGDM (Regular with 2 year course) with minimum aggregate of 60%.
• Age Up to 25 years (i.e. born on or after 01.01.2000)
• Only Male Candidates

Compensation :

• Selected Candidates will be paid CTC of Rs. 2.94 to 3.18 lakhs per annum during Probation.
• After Successful Completion of 6 Months Probation , MTs will be confirmed as Assistant Manager or Equivalent Managerial Positions.
