Job Description
Technical skills
Mandatory
- Hands-on experience on Workday HCM configuration which includes a deep understanding of the creation of organization types, job profiles, compensation, employee self service etc.
- Good understanding of Workday security model and business process
- In-depth hands-on experience in EIB integration, calculated fields and advanced reports.
- Ability to analyse Workday release updates to understand and communicate the impact of feature changes to the existing configuration.
- Resolve Workday issues through active trouble-shooting and diagnostic research
- Act as Workday SME and be available to provide support to stakeholders
Optional
- Experience on other integration tools like co-connector/ PICOF
- Understanding of the working of Workday Studio.
- Experience on Zendesk
- Experience on BIRT
- Experience in other Workday modules like absence, time tracking, performance etc.
Non negotiable responsibilities:
Experience in the Workday Core HCM module is a must
