About the role:

We are looking a proactive and technically skilled System Administration to join our team at our Velachery office. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates in computer science who are eager to kick-start their careers in IT infrastructure and Support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in installing, configuring and maintaining hardware and software systems.
• Provide technical support for system issues and troubleshoot network problems.
• Work with firewall configurations, rules and policies to ensure network access.
• Support IT Documentation and reporting.
• Good with Excel

Required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Basic understanding of system administration, networking concepts and operating systems(Windows/Linux).
• Foundational knowledge of firewalls and network security best practices.
• Willingness to learn, strong analytical and problem solving skills.
