Sales Officer Trainee (Post Graduation Batch 2024 & 2025 Passout Only)
Face To Face Interview Location: Aliganj, Lucknow
Experience: Fresher (0-1 Year)
Department: Sales & Marketing
Eligible Batches: 2024 & 2025 Passouts Only (Post Graduation)
Mode Of Interview: Face to Face Interview at Lucknow(Address will be shared to shortlisted CV)
Total CTC to Offer - 7 LPA
Post Location: Anywhere in Uttar Pradesh or Uttarakhand
About the Role:
Are you a recent post graduate passionate about sales and eager to kickstart your career? Join our dynamic team as a Retail Sales Trainee where you'll work closely with industry leaders, gain hands-on experience in channel sales, and contribute directly to our growth journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage retail sales performance across multiple channels, including primary and secondary sales.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through effective channel management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, etc.) to meet sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of retail channel sales principles (academic or internship experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and market data.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic sales tools.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Post Graduation Year: Only candidates from 2024 & 2025 batches are eligible.
- Freshers or candidates with internship experience in sales/marketing are encouraged to apply.
