The core responsibilities of this job include : - Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other testers to identify coverage areas and design tests.

- Perform black box for different configurations, workflows, and customizations.

- Develop automated scripts for use in regression tests.

- Generate tests and test ideas using a heuristic, context-driven approach. - Write and maintain test procedures and documentation.

- Create product coverage outlines which map out product features and capabilities.

- Write clear and concise bug reports.

- Communicate test results and findings through verbal, written, and/or visual reporting.

- Ability to solve problems and drive issues through to resolution.
